MAGNOLIA PLANTATION ARTWORK
The artwork, originally created for Earth Day, was later converted to be used as an advertisement meant for Magnolia Plantation in Charleston, SC. The plantation, which is famous for its peacocks, makes this a perfect poster for their advertising needs. The framed poster and tote bag are a few ways the artwork can be used as publicity items by Magnolia Plantation. The peacock, depicted in the artwork, is made up of colorful gradients within the feathers, mandalas, and body. The mandalas, which are used as the contrasting feature of he artwork, are suggestive of the body feathers on a peacock.
